A potent blend of active ingredients, uniquely formulated within a clay base to facilitate the even and swift penetration of these components. 4-Butylresorcinol boasts an exclusive structure that enhances its bioavailability within the skin. This compound aids in diminishing hyperpigmentation by inhibiting a pivotal enzyme, tyrosinase, which holds a significant role in the skin’s pigment production process (melanogenesis). Through direct tyrosinase activity inhibition, 4-Butylresorcinol contributes to achieving a more uniform complexion.

Apply a thin layer of the M.E.L.A. mask to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 5 minutes. Mild temporary tingling may occur. Gently cleanse the skin with E.X.F.O. cleanse to thoroughly remove the mask, then pat dry. If severe irritation develops during the 5 minutes, immediately cleanse the skin with E.X.F.O. cleanse, pat dry, and moisturise. For heightened skin activity, and if skin tolerance permits, apply a second even layer after 5 minutes. Leave on for 10 minutes. Gently cleanse the skin with E.X.F.O. cleanse again to remove all traces of the mask, then pat dry. Use once every 3 weeks for mild skin activity and once per week for more active results. Do not use D.E.R.M.A.B.R.A.S.I.O.N. cream or any of the active prescriptions (A.C.T.I.V.E. formula or VITA A cream) on the same evening as the M.E.L.A. mask. Use in the evening ONLY.

  • SPF: None.
  • Application area: Face, neck and décolleté.
  • Use: PM. Mild treatment: once every 3 weeks. Intensive treatment: once a week.
  • Caution:

    Mild temporary tingling may occur.
    If severe irritation develops, remove the mask immediately with E.X.F.O. cleanse, pat dry and moisturise the skin. Discontinue use and contact your pHformula skin specialist.

    Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product.
    Keep out of reach and sight of children.
